The Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu excursion is a spectacular journey that takes you to the magical Inca city. You will visit amazing sites such as Cusco’s Main Square, its charming streets, the San Pedro Artisan Market, and on Day 2 you will explore the impressive Sacred Valley, including the archaeological sites of Chinchero, Moray, Maras Salt Mines, and Ollantaytambo.
You will also visit the mysterious Lost City of the Incas, Machu Picchu — the highlight of the impressive Inca civilization in Peru. In the Sacred Valley, travelers can discover fascinating archaeological sites in a short time, spend a night in the beautiful valley and in the town of Aguas Calientes, and return aboard the Vistadome train with live show for an elevated experience.
The tour also includes a visit to the Qosqo Center of Native Art with live traditional dance performances, an unforgettable hike to the Rainbow Mountain, the scenic Route of the Sun to Puno with stops at important archaeological and cultural sites, and a boat trip on Lake Titicaca to visit the floating islands of Uros and Amantaní.

Upon arrival in Cusco, our representatives will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to rest and acclimatize to the altitude. You may also explore Cusco’s blend of Inca and colonial heritage: Main Square, Sapantiana Aqueduct, and San Pedro Market.

After breakfast, we head to Chinchero to visit its archaeological site and learn about traditional weaving. Continue to Maras Salt Mines and Moray agricultural terraces. Enjoy a buffet lunch in Urubamba before visiting the Ollantaytambo fortress.

Overnight: Sacred Valley
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Ollantaytambo train station and board a tourist train to Aguas Calientes with panoramic views. After check-in, take a bus to Machu Picchu for a guided tour of the Sun Temple, Sacred Sundial, Temple of the Three Windows, Main Temple, and Sacred Rock. Free time to explore before returning to Aguas Calientes.

Morning at leisure in Aguas Calientes. Board the Vistadome train to Ollantaytambo with live dance show, snacks, and drinks on board. Upon arrival, return to Cusco and attend the evening traditional dance performance at Qosqo Center of Native Art.

Early departure (04:00) to Cusipata for breakfast. Begin a 2-hour hike to Rainbow Mountain, a geological wonder with vibrant mineral colors. Horse rental available for an easier ascent. After visiting, return to Cusipata for lunch and back to Cusco.

Breakfast at the hotel. Depart for Puno with cultural stops: Andahuaylillas Church (America’s Sistine Chapel), Raqchi Archaeological Site (Temple of Wiracocha), Abra La Raya pass (4,300 m / 14,107 ft), and Pucara Lithic Museum. Arrival in Puno by evening.

Overnight: Puno
Breakfast at the hotel. Boat tour to Uros floating islands, where locals craft boats and handicrafts from totora reeds. Continue to Amantani Island to experience traditional Andean life and panoramic lake views. Return to Puno in the afternoon.

Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to Juliaca Airport for your onward flight.
