Introduction

Inversiones Turísticas Machupicchu Andean Wonder SAC, hereinafter THE AGENCY, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 29733 – Personal Data Protection Law and its Regulations, states the following:

Privacy statement

  1. THE AGENCY, as the owner of the personal data banks under its responsibility, undertakes to maintain the maximum confidentiality and protection of personal data provided by users, suppliers, collaborators, visitors, strategic allies and citizens in general.
  2. The personal data provided will be stored in the data banks owned by THE AGENCY and will be processed, as appropriate, in order to carry out the purposes inherent to the organization’s activity, such as:
    1. Promotion of our services.
    2. Contactability to obtain information required by the user.
    3. Customer management.
  3. Personal data is collected for the purposes set out above, and will not be extended to any other purpose that has not been unequivocally established as such at the time of collection.

Data to third parties

  1. The personal data provided will not be sent to third parties other than THE AGENCY, unless it is a third party in charge of processing, in accordance with what is indicated in paragraph 10 of article 2 of the Law, under conditions of security and confidentiality of the information, or when by mandate of the Law or judicial resolution, THE AGENCY is obliged to communicate said information to public entities, judicial and/or police authorities, and other legitimate third parties.

Security and confidentiality measures

  1. In compliance with current regulations, THE AGENCY has adopted the appropriate technical security and confidentiality measures with the aim of avoiding alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access that may affect the integrity, confidentiality and availability of personal data.

Right of access, modification and cancellation

  1. In accordance with the Law, the owner of the personal data may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, by sending their request by email to the Machupicchu Andean Wonder address.
