We recommend booking at least 3 to 4 months in advance, especially if you plan to do the Inca Trail or climb Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu mountains, as government permits have limited capacity and sell out quickly.

The best season is during the dry season, from May to October, when days are sunny and rain is very unlikely. However, the rainy season (November to April) offers greener landscapes and slightly lower rates.

All our guides are trained in first aid and carry backup oxygen tanks on high-altitude treks. We recommend resting for the first 24 hours in Cusco, drinking plenty of coca tea, and avoiding heavy meals.

We commit to offsetting 100% of the carbon footprint of our land transportation, reducing single-use plastics on all treks, and supporting the social development of local native communities through fair employment and direct purchases.

It is essential to present your original passport (or ID document used for your booking) at all train and Machu Picchu access checkpoints. Physical or digital copies are not accepted by government authorities.

Yes, we offer private tours adapted for families with young children and seniors, selecting less physically demanding itineraries and the most comfortable transportation options possible.
