To begin our Full-Day Machu Picchu Tour, our representative will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the Ollantaytambo train station. There, you will board the Expedition Train (PeruRail) bound for the town of Aguas Calientes.
During the journey, you will travel through the breathtaking Sacred Valley, following the course of the Urubamba River. Near the end of the valley, you will see the bridge that marks the starting point of the Classic Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. Shortly afterward, the train enters a spectacular canyon that leads to the town of Aguas Calientes, located at the foot of Machu Picchu Mountain.
Upon arrival, you will take a bus for a scenic 40-minute ride up to the legendary Lost City of the Incas, Machu Picchu. You will have the opportunity to walk to one of the panoramic viewpoints and admire the breathtaking views of the citadel and its surrounding mountains.
