We’ll begin the tour with hotel pick-up and drive to the train station in Ollantaytambo, where you’ll board the Expedition train (PeruRail) heading to Aguas Calientes. The train ride follows the beautiful Sacred Valley, alongside the Urubamba River. You'll pass the trailhead of the Classic Inca Trail, before entering a narrow canyon that leads to the town of Aguas Calientes, located at the base of Machu Picchu mountain.

Upon arrival, you’ll be escorted to your hotel. You’ll have the afternoon free to explore the town or simply relax and prepare for your visit to Machu Picchu the following day.

After an early breakfast at the hotel, you’ll take the bus up to Machu Picchu at the scheduled time. Accompanied by our expert guide, you’ll explore the Inca citadel, a breathtaking archaeological treasure nestled in the mountains. Key sites include the Temple of the Sun, the Sacred Sun Dial, the Temple of the Three Windows, the Main Temple, and the Sacred Rock.

After the guided tour, you’ll have free time to explore on your own. Then return by bus to Aguas Calientes, where you’ll have free time to visit the hot springs or enjoy lunch in town. In the afternoon, take the train back to Ollantaytambo, and then our private vehicle will take you back to your hotel in Cusco.
