4:00 – 4:30 AM: Hotel Pickup and Transfer to the Train Station

The day begins early with pickup from your hotel in Cusco or the Sacred Valley. From there, we head to Ollantaytambo train station to board the train towards Kilometer 104, the starting point of our hike.

7:00 AM: Start of the Hike at KM 104

After a short break, we will begin our hike along the Inca Trail. Along the way, we will visit the archaeological site of Chachabamba and enjoy breathtaking views of the valley and the Urubamba River.

10:00 AM: Visit to Wiñay Wayna

After approximately three hours of hiking, we will reach Wiñay Wayna, one of the most impressive archaeological sites along the Inca Trail. Here, we will take a break to rest and have a box lunch.

1:00 PM: Entry to Machu Picchu Through the Sun Gate (Inti Punku)

We will continue our hike towards the Sun Gate (Inti Punku), from where we will get our first panoramic view of Machu Picchu. This moment is one of the most anticipated highlights of the tour.

2:00 – 4:00 PM: Guided Tour of Machu Picchu

Upon arrival at Machu Picchu, we will embark on a guided tour of approximately two hours, exploring the most iconic temples, plazas, and structures of the citadel.

4:30 PM: Descent to Aguas Calientes and Return by Train

After our visit, we will descend by bus to Aguas Calientes, where we will have free time to rest before boarding the train back to Ollantaytambo.

8:00 PM: Return to Cusco

Upon arrival at Ollantaytambo, a private transport will take us back to Cusco, ending the tour around 10:00 PM.
